Is membership in WIP restricted?

No. Our membership is inclusive and we hope to attract a diverse group. Founding Memberships were restricted to 100 women but we hope to continue adding new members. Our 100 Founders will always be recognized for their support in establishing WIP.

How can a new member join?

They can join simply by completing the Commitment Form on our website and mail it with a check for their annual membership dues of $1,000 to the address below. The Membership Committee will contact them to welcome them and answer any questions they might have.

What is the best way to introduce a prospective member to WIP?

Send their name and address to WIP or Email to the membership committee at membership@wipcsra.org. Depending on the time of year, we will invite them to the Fall Forum, Annual Meeting, or send them a membership packet.

Is enrollment and renewal limited to the first quarter of the year?

No. Women may join anytime throughout the year. However, they are encouraged to join at the onset of our calendar year.

Can I join for only one year?

Yes. Currently, we do not require a multi-year commitment. We are hopeful that you will be able to renew each year as you see the good work that WIP does in our community.

Can a new member join through the website of WIP?

Yes, interested women may contact the Membership Committee through our website or go to the Membership toolbar at the top of the page and follow the instructions on our Commitment Form.

Can I pay my annual membership dues online by credit card?

Credit card payments through this website for donations, membership enrollment and renewals are not accepted at this time. To reduce expenses, WIP employs no staff. Our administrative support is generously donated by The Community Foundation for the CSRA and The United Way of the CSRA.

Is membership in WIP restricted to women?

Yes. However, we gladly accept contributions from all donors.
